Hello, I’m Ambra - the old soul behind The Elegant Eye. I am 23 years old and a student, currently studying fashion merchandising at Brookdale Community College. Fashion has always felt like a real-life form of magic to me, a way to turn our every emotion into something palpable and beautiful. I’ve always been drawn to softness, glamour, and romance, seeking inspiration in the golden age of old Hollywood and the women who embodied it. Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, and Rita Hayworth molded my love for elegance, grace, and unapologetic femininity. Pink shades, delicate embellishments, elegant silhouettes, and styling through storytelling are the essence of my creativity. To me, femininity is limitless and should be celebrated and expressed freely. The name “The Elegant Eye” defines the world through my rose colored lenses of beauty, nostalgia, and refined glamour. My goals after graduating from Brookdale are to get my foot in the door of the fashion industry by gaining retail experience and possibly an internship with a brand. My dream, especially after visiting the brand's maison in New York, is to work as a sales associate at Hermes, hopefully alongside its incredible staff that I had the pleasure of meeting during my visit. As I continue with my fashion journey, my dream is to blend creativity and planning for my future while still staying true to the art of visual storytelling. The Elegant Eye is my love letter to timeless elegance.
